Traditionally, surfboards have been one solid object - top and bottom
connected by foam, with one primary mode of resonance. Shapers have
partially solved this previously unidentified problem by shaping
specialized bottom contours, which help water flow smoothly as it
travels beneath the board. We now introduce an independent, interactive
bottom contour - the DynamicHULL™. It gives the hull it's own mode of
resonance, enabling tiny adjustments to prevent water lamina from
breaking into turbulent flow - less turbulence means less drag and more
control.
